Ryan Sullivan
Ryan graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering & Shipyard Management. Upon graduation Ryan served in the US Navy Reserve, reaching the rank of Lieutenant and sailed as Third Assistant Engineer aboard various vessels until 2003, when he joined Dietze as a crude broker, eventually becoming a partner in 2011.
Paul Schwack.
Paul majored in Business Administration at Concordia College in Bronxville, NY. Paul joined Dietze as a crude broker in 1996, eventually becoming a partner in 2006.
Vanessa Nicholas
Vanessa worked at Braemar Seascope India Pvt. Ltd. From 2004 to 2009, New Delhi, in operations prior to moving to spot broking including 4 months internship with Braemar Seascope Ltd, London. From 2009-2012 Vanessa was a broker at Odin Marine Inc., She joined Dietze and Associates in 2012.
Alther Camasura
Alther has a Diploma in Marine Transportation from the University of Cebu – Maritime Education and Training Center). He earned a Chief Mate Unlimited gross tons upon oceans license – STCW / (D2-0047041). He worked in Marine and Commercial Tanker Operations Assistant at Sanko Kisen (USA). Alther also sailed as a Licensed Officer onboard international sea-going tankers, product carriers and dry cargo ships. Alther joined Dietze in 2014.
Chris Young
Chris attended Norwich University from 1967 to 1970, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. After graduating, Chris served in the United States Army Reserve and began his shipping career at Stolt-Nielsen, where he specialized in the parcel tanker trade between the USA and South America. In 1975 Chris became Chartering Manager for Stolt’s trans-pacific parcel tanker service. He later joined Dietze’s Jones Act desk as a crude and product broker, eventually joining the foreign flag crude desk in 1981. Chris has a total of 39 years’ experience in tanker chartering and brokerage.
Lis Wilson
Lis joined Dietze & Associates in 2010 as Office Manager, after years of managerial experience at FMG Hedge Funds.
